The Founder of Go Team Building Shares Her Story

One of the first female chefs in Philadelphia, Betty led the way in innovation by defying culinary conventions and left her mark in a highly service oriented field. So its natural that she is again taking risk with new approaches to service and teamwork. “I became obsessed with developing better ways for teams to practice interaction, to grow and to enjoy being part of a team."

Her interest in service and healthy team dynamics created Go Team Building, a service-oriented and results-based team building events enterprise. “There is no one offering the level of 1-on-1 service and hand-holding approach like GTB.
